Ask about your information

You can ask what the hotel holds about you, have it corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or complain about how a request was handled. This form is the route.

How this works today

A request filed here is stored as a tracked enquiry for hotel staff and answered using the contact details you give. The hotel has not yet named a formal grievance officer, so this page does not claim one — it says what actually happens. Management still needs to confirm the response period and who owns these requests.

What each choice means

A copy of what you hold — the hotel describes what it holds about you and why.

Correct something — a wrong name, number or date on a record.

Delete my information — the hotel removes what it can. Records it must keep by law, such as an invoice or a taxation record, are kept and restricted instead.

Stop using it optionally — for the visit counter and Google Analytics, you do not need this form at all: use the privacy choices control and the change applies immediately, in your browser.

Complain — a grievance about how a privacy request or a consent choice was handled.

File a request

Enough detail for the hotel to find you — a booking reference or the dates you stayed, if you have them. Please do not send identity documents.

No account is created. Nothing is sent to a marketing list.

If you would rather not use the form

Call the hotel on +91 98977 96489 and say that it is a data request. Staff will record it the same way, and you will be given a reference.

Please do not send identity documents, card details or passwords. The hotel will ask for proof only if it genuinely cannot tell that a request is yours, and it will ask for the least it can.
