Meeting rooms in Rudrapur

An enclosed meeting room with a long table and a screen wall, a banquet hall for larger sessions, and a private dining hall for a working lunch — all in the same building at Rudra Chowk.

Rates, packages and capacity figures are quoted on enquiry. The rooms themselves are photographed and described on the venues pages, including the seating layouts the photographs show. There is no live availability calendar on this site — we take enquiries and respond directly.

The meeting room

An enclosed, indoor room with the long table down the middle and a screen on the end wall. It is the room the hotel photographs for boardroom meetings and training days, and it seats a single table rather than a theatre crowd — which is what makes it useful for a review, an interview panel or a small conference.

The room has been laid out in three ways: as a boardroom with chairs on both sides of the table, as a U-shape around three sides, and as a presentation with a row of chairs facing the screen wall. Tell the team which one you want and the room is set that way before you arrive.

When the group is larger

The banquet hall

An indoor, carpeted, ground-floor hall with a raised stage, truss lighting and a house sound system, plus its own lounge area. It takes conference set-ups as readily as weddings, so an annual meeting or a dealer conference fits without moving to another venue.

The private dining hall

An enclosed hall with a draped ceiling and its own lighting, laid with one long table or rounds. For a working lunch after the meeting, or a dinner for a visiting team, it keeps the group in a room of its own rather than in the main restaurant.

Arriving for a meeting

The hotel is at Rudra Chowk on Rudra Road, opposite the Indane Gas Agency, in Rudrapur — the district headquarters of Udham Singh Nagar. It is a short drive from the town centre, which is what makes it practical for a half-day session rather than a residential one.

For anyone travelling in, Rudrapur City station (RUPC) serves the town and Pantnagar Airport is roughly ten kilometres away. The team can tell you what is possible for early arrivals and luggage before check-in.

What is quoted on enquiry

  • — The room rate, per session or per day.
  • — How many people the room takes in the layout you want.
  • — Equipment beyond the wall screen, such as projection or video conferencing. Those are not confirmed on this site.
  • — Tea, refreshments and lunch, including a private table.

Send the date, the number of people and the layout, and the answer comes back from the hotel with what is possible and what it costs.
