Privacy policy
This page describes what this website actually does with your information today. It is not a legal document until reviewed and approved by management.
This policy has not been reviewed or approved. It describes the site’s current, verifiable behaviour only. It must be reviewed by management (and, where required, legal counsel) before the site is considered compliant. Never treat it as legal advice or a binding policy until then.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the information you enter: your name, your preferred reply method and contact value, the type of enquiry, optional dates and guest count, and your message. We also ask for your consent to be contacted about the enquiry.
How enquiries are handled right now
When you submit an enquiry, it is stored in the hotel’s database and is visible only to authorised hotel staff. It is not published anywhere. No email or WhatsApp message is sent automatically — a person replies using the contact details you gave.
A specific retention period has not been confirmed yet. Until it is, an enquiry is kept only for as long as needed to answer it and keep the hotel’s own record of the request.
How we count visits
We count page views on this site with our own counter. It sets no cookie, loads no third-party script and shares nothing with an advertising network. For each view we keep the page address, the hostname of the page you arrived from (or “direct”), whether the device is a phone, tablet or computer, and a salted code derived from the request and the date. That code changes every day, so a visitor can be counted within a day and cannot be followed from one day to the next. Your IP address and full browser identification are used to compute the code and are then discarded — they are never stored. These records are deleted after 90 days.
You can turn the counter off in the notice at the bottom of the page, and we also honour the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals your browser sends. Turning it off stops the counting; it does not hide anything on the site.
Which advertisement brought you
If you arrive from an advertisement, the address of that page can carry campaign labels — a source, medium and campaign name, and Google’s click identifier. We keep those labels in the browser tab you are using, so an enquiry or booking you send a few pages later can still be attributed to the advertisement that brought you. They are stored with the enquiry or booking itself, and nowhere else: no cookie is set, no profile of your browsing is built, and the labels describe the advertisement rather than you. A message or booking sent without them is recorded as direct.
What we do not do
We do not collect payment-card details. We do not use advertising or cross-site trackers, and we do not build a profile of you from your visits. We do not embed third-party maps, which can set cookies before you have chosen. We do not publish your enquiry anywhere.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete an enquiry you have sent. Contact details for exercising that right are being confirmed with management and will be published here.
